Thomas Knüwer berichtet, dass Edelman die Kooperation mit Technorati beendet und dementsprechend auch keinen Versuch mehr startet, ein deutsches Blogranking zu erstellen. Ein paar Anmerkungen dazu habe ich drüben, in meinem Begleitblog der “deutschen blogcharts” aufgeschrieben.
Der “stern” hat heute die Bestseller des Jahres veröffentlicht. Die meistverkauften Dinge in acht Kategorien, ermittelt von Media Control (Listen leider nur im Heft, nicht online). Hier sind die Spitzenreiter:
Buch / Belletristik: Daniel Kehlmann – “die vermessung der welt”
Buch / Sachbücher: Hape Kerkeling – “ich bin dann mal weg”
Buch / Taschenbücher: Dan Brown – “sakrileg. the da vinci code”

Nachdem es schon keinen Sinn hatte, den Menschen zu erzählen, dass es DAS Blog heißt und nicht DER Blog, erschrecke ich neuerdings immer mehr, dass das Wort Blog eine neue Bedeutung bekommt. Immer öfter erzählen Leute davon, mehrere Blogs in der Woche zu schreiben. Was sie eigentlich meinen, sind Blog-Einträge. Der stellvertretende “Tagesschau”-Chefredakteur Thomas Hinrichs heute auch: “Wir hoffen, auf vier bis fünf Blogs pro Woche zu kommen – versprechen können wir das aber nicht.” Klingt seltsam. Ich hoffe, dass sich das nicht verselbstständigt. Sonst hätte ich ja allein schon bei “popkulturjunkie.de” über 2.700 Blogs gebloggt.
Die Tatsache an sich, dass die “Tagesschau”-Chefredakteure Kai Gniffke und Thomas Hinrichs ab 2. Januar bloggen wollen, ist natürlich trotz der sprachlichen Mängel in der Pressemitteilung nur zu befürworten. Wenn sie das gut machen, könnte das eine spannende und lesenswerte Sache werden.
